Beamex External Modules Technical Summary

The Beamex EXT Series External Pressure Modules increase the usable pressure range of compatible Beamex MC-series calibrators. By connecting externally to a base unit such as the Beamex MC6, they enable a single calibrator to perform vacuum, low differential, gauge, and high-pressure calibration work beyond the limits of the MC6’s internal pressure modules. The modules support measurement from fine vacuum and millibar differentials through to 1,000 bar (100MPa) providing a practical solution for industrial instrumentation across power generation, oil & gas, water and process facilities. The modules have been Designed for reliable, high-accuracy performance in both workshop and field environments.

Connection types range from M5 and G1/8” fittings for low-pressure applications through to G1/4” high-pressure fittings for elevated pressure ranges.

• All calibration equipment supplied by Ozcals is pre-checked prior to dispatch and calibrated annually to strict accuracy standards. Current calibration certificates are supplied upon hire.

• Pressure modules require a copper washer or Dowty seal to achieve a proper hydraulic seal when installed into a hand pump.

• Modules are shipped and delivered separately in a hard case (235 × 190 × 115 mm)• Module and cable Supply only. Calibrators, pumps and fittings hired separately.• Short-term and long-term hire options
